Appointment and Cancellation:
Please call to schedule your appointment time as we do not do walk-ins and please arrive 5 minutes early for any paperwork needed. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us a 24 hour notice, with less than 4 hours notice or a no call/no show you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
